PHONE ORDERS & REORDERS (TOLL FREE): 800-354-6858Flint River Ranch provides customer order phone support for all existing and new customers! Please have your order, your FRR account #, or name of the person who referred you to us available when calling. Our operation hours are 8 to 4:30 EST Monday - Friday excluding National Holidays. Credit card and Electronic Fund Transfers orders are accepted by phone. Please have credit card or your checking account on hand when calling to expedite your order.
FAX ORDERS: 678-990-5650
You are welcome to fax your completed and signed order form to us. Note any address or credit card changes. Fax orders are paid by credit card noted on the order form or EFT Draft. If check draft information is not on file, please fax a blank copy of your "voided" check on a separate sheet. (See Electronic Funds Transfer Instructions below). Please make sure your fax is transmitted. If there is a transmission problem and you need to resend it please mark the second fax as "duplicate."

Our business hours are 8:00 to 4:30 EST Monday through Friday; excluding National Holidays. We are available for inquiries about our products, customer orders, interest in becoming a FRR distributor or questions on orders already placed.
MAIL and EMAIL ORDERS:
If you prefer to pay by personal or business check, please complete the current FRR order form and mail with your check to our home office. Please allow time for mail delivery and processing of check. All orders, letters and inquires can be sent to Flint River Ranch, 11205 Alpharetta Hwy, H4, Roswell, GA 30076. All emailed orders can be sent to orders@frrco.com. Do NOT send us your payment information via email…it is not a secure method of sending confidential information. Please provide us a daytime phone # and we will call you back as we process your order, or use the last method of payment on file.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards are accepted. Orders are not processed if credit card is declined. In case of possible electronic transmission error, declined cards are run twice to try to process your order. We make all appropriate efforts to call and/or e-mail customers if we are unable to process the credit card on file. If we are unable to reach by phone or e-mail, a letter will be mailed to the address on file. All personal and business checks are accepted. The current insufficient funds rejection charge for checks returned by your bank is $20.00. A check draft may be written to cover both INSF checks and the $20.00 service charge. We will work with you on these occasional issues.
ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER 678-990-5650:
As a convenience to our customers, we have established an electronic funds system (EFT). Your payment is electronically deposited and appears in your bank statement as a regular bank check. Allow 5 days to process and set-up. We will honor your personal check as a fax for an EFT for immediate processing and shipment. When paying for faxed orders by check, please include a copy of your "voided" check on separate sheet of paper. As some checks have artistic designs that cover part of the routing and account numbers on the check, please write all the numbers that appear on the bottom of your check on the blank sheet below the "voided" check, including the check number. When paying for phone orders by EFT, you will need to have a copy of your check available. We will require the name of your bank, its address, check number of the voided check, routing and account numbers (from the bottom of your check, read left to right). After the order is placed, please write "void" on the check and mail it to the home office for file on your account.
